ShowUp Privacy Policy

ShowUp helps people create proof-based goals, complete daily check-ins, follow growth plans, and review their results. We collect the account information you provide, such as email address and optional profile details, plus the goals, schedules, plans, reflections, checklist entries, quantities, and proof you choose to save.

ShowUp requests location, motion, camera, microphone, notifications, and photo-library permissions only when you use a feature that requires them. User-generated photo and voice proof is sent through the ShowUp backend and stored privately. We use this information to authenticate accounts, run goals and plans, verify proof, show progress, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain the service.

On iOS, ShowUp provides a short free access window after account creation before Premium is required. Premium may begin with a 7-day free trial when offered in the store. On Android, ShowUp may offer a free ad-supported tier with limited active goals; Premium removes ads and unlocks unlimited active goals. ShowUp does not sell personal information.

Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and store/payment processors may provide purchase status and renewal information. ShowUp does not receive full payment-card details. Backend service providers may process data for hosting, database storage, private media storage, authentication, subscriptions, advertising attribution, analytics, AI-assisted content, text-to-speech generation, security, and delivery.

We do not sell personal information. Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app under Me > Settings > Delete Account. Store subscription cancellation is managed separately through Apple or Google. You can revoke device permissions in system settings.
